Who are we?
MCAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable corporation based in Houston, Texas, whose primary purpose is to provide relief to persons distressed with the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and volunteer and financially support AIDS organizations which help the general public and health care organizations in the general public as a whole and to lessen the burden of the United States government in its quest to find a cure for AIDS.
We raise money through a variety of activities during the year, the most recognizable being the Miss Camp America Foundation Pageant which usually coincides with the Miss America Pageant.
In addition, members of the Miss Camp America Foundation donate their time and energies by visiting AIDS patients during hospital visits.
